• Technical & Device Telemetry: Anonymized log data including browser type, device resolution, and page interaction timestamps collected to ensure smooth portal and website operation.

All collected delegate and attendee data is utilized exclusively for the operational execution, academic management, and security of the summit:

• Verifying delegate identity and issuing official summit badges, credentials, and chamber access passes.
• Allocating delegates into respective academic committees (ILO, NBA) and competitive Business Rounds.
• Communicating committee study guides, schedule updates, dress codes, and emergency announcements.

IVYES is an experiential showcase summit documented by official media teams. By entering the summit premises and participating in summit events, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Official photographers and videographers will record conference proceedings, debate chambers, award ceremonies, the Grand Gala, and the concert finale.
• Captured media (photographs, audio recordings, and video footage) may be published in the official IVYES Living Chronicle, summit recap reels, post-event press releases, and verified IVYES social media platforms.
• Delegates waive any right to royalties or pre-approval regarding official event documentary recordings.

We respect your privacy and uphold strict data governance standards:

• Zero Commercial Sale: We never sell, rent, lease, or trade delegate personal data to commercial marketers or third-party advertisers.
• Institutional Verification: Attendee rosters may be shared with designated faculty advisors or institutional heads solely to confirm official school delegation status.
• Legal & Security Compliance: Data may be disclosed if required by lawful requests from campus security authorities or law enforcement agencies.
